SYTE Corp is expanding its solutions to include make ready infrastructure for clean energy and methane gas leak detection with their mobile fleet. Their website had barely been touched (let alone updated) since it was originally built and launched in 2018. Their WordPress site was behind on core and security updates, their server was bogged down by three abandoned installations, and the content no longer reflected the company’s current capabilities.

What we did

Redesigned the entire site to provide a modern, updated experience. Rewrote copy to highlight their expanded solutions and combined expertise, while optimizing pages for SEO. Cleaned up the backend file management, updated the database, and significantly improved overall site performance and security.

SYTE relaunched with a clear objective, service pages aligned with current offerings and future expansion goals, and cohesive visual branding supported by strong, informative messaging. Angela Peche’s five-year-old consulting business was growing and ready for a complete brand overhaul, including a new name. With only a LinkedIn company page as her primary online presence, Angela knew it was time to establish a true digital home that could support the next phase of growth.

What we did

Partnered with Angela to select a platform that fit her long-term goals while consolidating multiple tools and software subscriptions. Collaborated on developing a new visual brand and built a modern, sophisticated one-pager website on Odoo, designed with future eLearning expansion in mind. The landing page was written with skilled nursing facilities as the primary audience, featuring strong messaging, objection-aware copy, and clear next steps.

A DIY site that looked unpolished, lacked essential search engine optimization, and didn’t reflect their professional, approachable brand. Visitors weren’t converting into leads.

What we did

Redesigned and expanded the site structure, rewrote copy in a warm, client-centered voice, optimized pages for local SEO, and modernized the design — all within their existing platform.

Runnion Equipment

Runnion Equipment was celebrating its 50th year, but its Drupal-based website content had not been evaluated or improved in close to five years. While new, used, and rental equipment was updated regularly, the team knew that the messaging and content was outdated and not optimized for search.

What we did

Conducted a thorough website content and SEO audit, analyze over 40 of their recent reviews, and used the data to map out an improvement strategy. The top 30 pages were selected, rewritten with their best-fit customers in mind, messaging clarified and unified, page layouts adjusted for a better user experience, and careful SEO applied (on-page and technical).

The win

Runnion Equipment’s website now speaks directly to their customers, answering their questions quickly and clearly, and guiding them to next steps with minimal clicks. It highlights their fifty years of service while looking to a bright future of further expansion. Search rankings, especially local search to the Illinois and Wisconsin areas (near their physical locations) have also improved.

Laurelwood Books, a homeschool curriculum publisher, was stuck on an outdated eCommerce platform that was breaking down: missed orders, clunky navigation, and expensive hosting conflicts. The online store was at risk of shutting down.

What we did

Guided Laurelwood through a full platform migration from Zen Cart to Squarespace Commerce, including rewriting site and product content, modernizing the design, and training the owner on how to confidently manage her shop. All completed under tight deadlines during her busiest sales season.
