All content published on this Site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, blog posts, resources, course materials, and eBooks—is the intellectual property of Waymarks Web Solutions, LLC, and is protected under applicable U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Client Work

Client deliverables become the property of the client upon receipt of final payment, as outlined in the applicable Scope of Work and contract. Waymarks Web Solutions, LLC, retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio, case studies, website, and social media channels unless otherwise governed by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or white label agreement.

Where client consent has been obtained through a signed contract, Waymarks Web Solutions, LLC, may display project work, testimonials, and case studies publicly. Clients may request removal of their work from public display by submitting a written request to waymarks@jacquelynvansant.com.

5. Testimonials and Case Studies

Testimonials and case studies featured on this Site represent the experiences of individual clients and are not guarantees of future results. Results may vary based on individual business circumstances, goals, and engagement.

6. Free Resources, eBooks, and Email Courses

By signing up for any free resource, eBook, or email-based course offered through this Site, you agree to receive related email communications from Waymarks Web Solutions, LLC, via MailerLite. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

7. Booking and Consultations

Consultation calls may be scheduled through Calendly. By booking a call, you agree to Calendly’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at calendly.com/privacy. Calls conducted via Zoom may be recorded or transcribed with prior notice. Recordings and transcripts are used solely for internal reference and are not shared publicly without consent. 8. Payment Terms

Payment for services is governed by the applicable Scope of Work and Independent Contractor Agreement signed by both parties. Waymarks Web Solutions, LLC, accepts payment via WaveApp (credit card processing), Zelle, and check.

Payment processing through WaveApp is subject to WaveApp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Waymarks Web Solutions, LLC, does not store credit card information directly. Please review Wave’s Privacy Policy at waveapps.com/privacy.

Zelle transfers are processed outside of third-party platforms and are subject to the payment terms outlined in the client’s signed agreement. Please refer to your financial institution’s privacy policy and Zelle’s Privacy Policy at zellepay.com/privacy-policy for more information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Waymarks Web Solutions, LLC, does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability
