Website Overhaul: Aligning the Nika Gueci Consulting Website with New Services

Nika Gueci, founder of Nika Gueci Consulting, was expanding her business by offering a new consulting service: Fractional Chief Well-being Officer (CWO). While her existing website had served her well, it no longer aligned with her changing goals. Nika needed a complete website overhaul to effectively promote her new service and bring cohesiveness to the entire site. She sought a solution that would refresh the design, enhance consistency across all pages, and communicate her updated business vision.

Nika’s Website Wasn’t Ready for Her Next Step

When Nika approached me, her main challenge was ensuring that her website communicated the full scope of her consulting services. The site lacked a dedicated page for the Fractional CWO service and suffered from outdated copy and design elements that no longer represented her brand.

“I contacted Jacquelyn at Waymarks Web Solutions to re-do my website in order to create a coherent narrative about my new services,” Nika said. “I had a lot of written content, but it was jumbled from different projects. It needed to be much clearer and direct, but I was just too close to it to see how to make it work.”

The key challenges Nika faced included:

  • Outdated Content and Messaging: Nika’s existing content did not reflect her new service offerings nor her current consulting goals. It was difficult for potential clients to understand the full breadth of her services.
  • Lack of Cohesiveness: The site’s tone, visuals, and layout were inconsistent across pages, which diluted the messaging and overall impact.
  • Old Design and Structure: The website design was not optimized for modern user experience nor conversion. It was hard for visitors to engage with the content or book consultations.

These obstacles were preventing Nika from showcasing her expertise effectively and building trust with her target audience of leaders looking for well-being services.

The Website Glow-Up: Bringing Consistency, Clarity, and a Whole New Vibe

To address Nika’s needs, I crafted a solution that modernized her website and created a cohesive, polished presentation of her consulting services. Let’s break it down:

  1. Initial Assessment and Strategy: I conducted an audit of Nika’s website, identifying pages in need of copy updates and design improvements. Together, we clarified the goals of the Fractional CWO service and determined how to best position it within her site’s structure.
  2. New Service Page Creation: Collaborating with Nika, I wrote a brand-new service page dedicated to her new Fractional Chief Well-being Officer offering. This page highlighted her unique qualifications and the specific benefits of this service. It speaks directly to her ideal clients: leaders in need of well-being strategies for their teams.
  3. Content Overhaul: I rewrote six existing pages to align with Nika’s new messaging and tone. Each page now flowed with a consistent voice. This provides clarity and a cohesive presentation of her full consulting suite, including workshops and leadership services. As part of the rewrites, I also followed SEO best practices to optimize the content for organic search.
  4. Website Redesign and Development: To bring the site’s design in line with her modern consulting brand, I revamped the layout, structure, and color scheme. I implemented the updated design on her Wix website, ensuring a smooth user experience, improved navigation, and a clean, modern aesthetic. The new design included cohesive visual elements and a refreshed color scheme that better represented Nika’s brand.

From Stale to Stunning: The Results Speak for Themselves

Within five weeks, we successfully launched the newly updated website. The results of our collaboration were immediately noticeable.

The website had clear and focused messaging throughout. The new Fractional Chief Well-being Officer service page clearly articulated Nika’s value to her target audience. This will make it easier for prospects to understand and engage with her services.

The design and copy was cohesive. The entire website now featured consistent messaging, tone, and visual branding, creating a seamless user experience.

Nika expressed that she was thrilled with the transformation. She felt proud to share the new site with potential clients. She now had a website that reflected her brand and goals and positioned her as a leader in her field.

Nika shared her feedback on the final product: “[Waymarks] did an exceptional job at telling the story of my background and services. The website now feels like it flows a lot better and leads the potential client to a specific Call to Action.”
