Frequently Asked Questions

What types of tasks are included in website management plans?

I handle minor content updates*, fix broken links, manage security updates, monitor performance and SEO, and make sure your site is running smoothly.

This does not include custom web development, programming new website features, IT/email troubleshooting, or custom app work.

*Writing new content is not included. All content updates should be provided by you or your team unless you would like to customize a web management and content retainer package.

Is this month-to-month or contractual?

All contracts are for 6- or 12-month terms, with payments due at the beginning of each month. This guarantees your time on my monthly calendar.

Unused hours do not roll over. Additional hours can be purchased for $100/hour, or you can upgrade to the next plan if needed.

How does payment work for contracts?

Invoices are sent on the 1st and payment is due upon receipt. You have until the 10th of the month to submit payment.

Life happens, and I get it! Contracts can be adjusted or paused with 30 days’ notice. We’ll work together so any changes are smooth and aligned with your overall strategy.

If you do not give 30 days’ notice, you will be billed for the next month.

Can I switch between plans?
